The land of constant earthquake

gonna leave this here boring
death plateau
at the first night train's whistle

the land of constant misuse
misunderstanding
& meaningless
spleen of surviving madness

oh, the thrill of the daylight:
all fake

the land of anonymously passin'
men & women
in buses
buildings
& automobiles

wax-tax faces in the snowy streets
of May
all alike in their
horrifying
prophecy of end
paying bills
soon enough for air...

all on the same plate
all are now lunch
ready to be served...

recipes for living
careless
despite
the yawnin' bitter
meaninglessness

all underneath this dreamy
day-in-day-out
surface

what true satisfaction
is here to be found...

what else but
temporary
replacements...

enough is enough:
gonna leave tonite
to the land of constant earthquake
where everyday's a comet
and I'm her
timeless
endless
tail

the gods await their
favorite
fools...

the fools are on their way
always...
